The Wellesley Hills Junior Woman’s Club provides scholarships for students who reside in Wellesley or have graduated from Wellesley High School.

In 2006-2007, awards totaling $86,500 were made to 60 students in amounts ranging from $500 to $5,000.  Criteria used to determine awards are: achievement, financial need, and involvement in community service.

Published in March of every year, this phonebook has a circulation of 8500 households and 700 local businesses and is given at no charge to each resident and business owner in Wellesley.  Proceeds from the Wellesley Phonebook benefit local charitable organizations and local scholarship recipients.
