At this time, all booths are currently spoken for. If you apply now, we will automatically place you on our active waitlist, and be in touch if a booth that fits your needs becomes available. Wellesley Marketplace is a curated event, and we thoughtfully take into account important factors like booth size, pricing, and proximity to similar vendors. (NOTE: this holiday market is strictly for local small businesses, not MLM-based products.)

As consideration for premier merchant status, Exhibitor hereby agrees to donate 5% of its revenue from Marketplace to the WHJWC. As such, Exhibitor agrees to provide WHJWC with its revenue information in response to the post-event survey sent out by WHJWC by December 1st. WHJWC will invoice Exhibitor for the donation amount based on the survey data. Invoice payments for the donation amount will be due 30 days from receipt of the invoice.(Required)

Photo Release Agreement

All applicants are required to complete this photo waiver. Click the YES button below to confirm you hereby grant the Wellesley Hills Junior Women’s Club (“WHJWC”) permission to use photographs, images, and videos of you taken at WHJWC's Marketplace event in 2025 for any legal use, including but not limited to publicity, social media postings, advertising, and web content. You further understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation will be due to you as a result of such use.
