Vendor Applications are currently closed.
All Potential Vendors:
The application for the 2025 Marketplace will be available in early spring of 2025. Please add yourself to our mailing list. We will be in touch when the application goes live.
Food/Edibles Vendors:
If you are accepted, you will need to email us a copy of the license from the town or state that permits you to prepare/sell food. We use this to apply for a temporary food permit from the Wellesley Health Dept. on behalf of all edible/food vendors at Marketplace. Like most towns, Wellesley requires vendors at farmers markers and fairs to obtain a temporary permit. The health department allows our club to apply for a single permit on behalf of all food vendors and provide copies of the licenses. Feel free to contact marketplace@gmail.com if you have questions.
All 2025 Vendors:
Shuttle service will be provided to our vendors and attendees, from Wellesley High School to Babson College parking lot on the day of the event.
