Wellesley Marketplace is a curated event, with booth size, pricing, and proximity to similar vendors among the factors we consider when placing exhibitors.
Organized by the Wellesley Hills Junior Women’s Club, this beloved annual holiday market brings together 200+ vendors and 2500+ shoppers in a single day. If you’d like to participate—or know a local business that might be interested—please complete the application linked below.

PARKING
On Marketplace day, do not park on-site at Wellesley High School. These spaces are for shoppers only.
Off-Site parking is available at the Wellesley Farms Commuter Rail Parking lot and Babson College – a free shuttle service will run for Marketplace exhibitors throughout the day. The shuttle will take guests directly to the Wellesley Marketplace entrance; return service is also available.

Food/Edibles Vendors:
Wellesley requires temporary permits for food vendors at events such as fairs and farmers markets.
If accepted, food vendors must email us a copy of their town or state license authorizing them to prepare and/or sell food. We use these licenses to obtain a single temporary food permit from the Wellesley Health Department on behalf of all Marketplace food vendors.

Key Details for Interested Marketplace Exhibitors:
- Event Date: Saturday, November 21, 2026
- Location: Wellesley High School, 50 Rice St.
- Booths Available: Approximately 220 booths and six food trucks.
- Booth Prices: Range from $200 to $650.
- No Application Fee: No upfront costs; booth fees are due only if you are offered and accept a space.
- Jury Process: The Marketplace team starts jurying in Spring. Vendors selected during the initial review are notified in May. Following that, the team will review applications on a rolling basis, depending on booth availability.

How Wellesley Marketplace Is Different From Other Boston-Area Holiday Markets:
Wellesley Marketplace is more than just a holiday market—it’s a fundraiser that makes a real difference in the Boston MetroWest community. As an all-woman volunteer organization, we support local programs that provide education, enrichment, and essential services, with a focus on women, children, and seniors. We also provide scholarships to deserving high school students to help make their college dreams possible.
Community Impact:
- 100% of Proceeds: All booth fees, ticket sales, and additional funds raised are used to support local programs and scholarships.
- Scholarships: We annually award between $60,000 and $70,000 in scholarships to help students achieve their educational goals.
- Grants: We also provide grants to community groups addressing critical issues like mental health, hunger, and access to education.
